CESAR DOMELA
César Domela (1900-1992) was a prominent member of De Stijl before developing his own style of three-dimensional abstraction, known as "enriched Constructivism." His harmonious integration of materials with meticulous attention to color, texture, and resonance, creates a visual polyphony. Domela saw art as a projection of the soul’s resonance with the rhythm of things.
His compositions, carefully crafted with an almost obsessive precision, transcend mere form, embodying a deep, musical sensibility that elevates abstraction beyond structure into emotion and rhythm.
